Ilhabela is located in Costa Verde stretch of coastline between Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. Rio de Janeiro - Ilhabela has distance of about 500km and is covered in 6 hours. Sao Paulo - Ilhabela has distance of about 200km and is covered in 3 hours.

Hotel is located in the heart of Ilhabela, in front of the bag Chapel, near the village and next to the Sculpture Garden. It is very easy to get because the island has only one avenue north-south, to land on the ferry, follow the left at the roundabout by 7km, northbound.

ACCESS ROADS 

 

From Sao Paulo: 
Take the Ayrton Senna Highway for 60km, continue on Route Carvalho Pinto for another 30km.After the toll, and the police station, take the exit for Ilhabela, Ubatuba and Caraguatatuba. The Tamoios Highway, 65km walk more. Arriving in Guarulhos, at the roundabout take the right towards San Sebastian. After 27km, at the end of the city's main avenue, take the left where sign indicates FILA THE FERRY. Follow 800 meters and you will be boarding the ferry. The passage São Paulo - Ilhabela is about 210km and is covered in 3h30m. 
Or take Route of Immigrant or Anchieta and Rodovia Rio-Santos highway or Ayrton Senna, highway, and Mogi-Bertioga Rodovia Rio-Santos. These two route options have similar distance, but look better as there are beaches for viewing route. However, the trip lasts more because the average speed required by the type of road is less. 

Rio de Janeiro: 
Take the Barra da Tijuca in order Bandeirantes. Go straight ahead on Route Rio Santos. The highway will be at the edge much of the way and you will pass through cities such as Angra dos Reis, Paraty and Mangalore in Rio de Janeiro and Caraguatatuba Ubatuba and Sao Paulo. In Guarulhos, go on to San Sebastian. After 27km, at the end of the main avenue of the city of San Sebastián, take the left where sign indicates FILA THE FERRY. Follow 800 meters and you will be boarding the ferry. The passage Rio de Janeiro - Ilhabela is about 500km and is covered in 6 hours.
