Reservations Policy 

Guarantee Policy 
The number of your credit card is required to confirm and guarantee your booking (will be debited from the reserve on the card) 
The hotel will send email or fax to score confirming your reservation. The same should be presented on arrival the hotel 
Your application does not guarantee availability of the apartment, this will be confirmed via email

Cancellation policy
15 days before arrival - will be charged a daily rate with 
By 1 or 2 days before arrival - will be charged the full value of the booking fee. 
In the show (no show on the day of arrival) - will be charged the full value of the booking fee. 

Information 
Filling out the booking form is a consent of the desire to reserve that can not be disputed.
